This has included creating a virtual fly through, creating and writing its website (www.oenoviva.com) and ongoing promotions including developing and securing ambassadors.Tasting wines from around the world as if you are at the cellar door will be the main attraction at Melbourne’s newest restaurant – OenoViva Dining & Wine Room in Fitzroy Street.
The OenoViva Dining & Wine Room will showcase the world’s first OenoViva oenotecas – specifically designed on-site barrels that house red, white and sparkling wines from the best vineyards around the globe.
The restaurant has been developed in conjunction with well-known Australian winemaker Andrew Garrett. Garrett is the Managing Director of OenoViva Australia and New Zealand, a business set up to develop and promote OenoViva Urban Wineries.
Urban Wineries are the wine equivalent of micro-breweries that enables consumers to taste wines from around the word in a city setting, without having to trek kilometres out of town to the cellar door.
