Red Agency developed a communications strategy which includes drafting local media releases, case studies and spokesperson commentary. In addition, Red created a spokesperson media contact card, which purpose is to promote the local expertise at SuccessFactors by having each Australian spokesperson profiled with his/her details and knowledge of newsworthy talking points. The idea behind these cards is that a journalist can keep it as a handy resource of potential spokespeople for commentary should a media opportunity arise.
